Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident when shopping with IntimaAssist. Due to the intimate nature of our products, returns are handled with hygiene and safety in mind.
Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or removed from their original sealed packaging.
To request a return, please contact us at operation@intimaassist.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at operation@intimaassist.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
If your request is approved, we will provide instructions for replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used intimate products are not eligible for return.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
