We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and kept in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or are no longer in their original sealed packaging.
To ensure a smooth process, all return requests must be reviewed and approved before items are sent back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
